At Neelima Matrimony, we believe in fairness and honesty.

We offer refunds only in the following condition:

If, after full verification and plan activation, you are unable to see even a single matching profile within your caste or community, you may request a refund within 7 working days of plan activation.

Refund Conditions

• Refund requests must be made in writing to our official email or via registered phone number.
• Partial refunds are not available once assisted matchmaking services have started.
• Refunds will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 working days.
• Refunds are not applicable for client-side inactivity, unresponsiveness, or mismatch of personal choices.

Our system is service-based, not result-based. We ensure fair access, genuine matches, and complete support during your active plan period.
