Neelima Matrimony provides matchmaking assistance — we introduce and suggest profiles that match your preferences. We do not guarantee marriage but ensure that every introduction is made sincerely and ethically.

4. User Responsibilities

• Members must provide true and accurate information.
• Misrepresentation, fraud, or misuse of the platform will lead to permanent suspension.
• Members must maintain decorum and respectful communication.

5. Assisted Services

In Assisted Plans, Relationship Managers manually shortlist and communicate with potential matches on your behalf. Every effort is made to provide suitable matches as per your preferences.

6. Termination of Account

Neelima Matrimony reserves the right to deactivate or remove any profile that violates our guidelines or misuses the service.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for the success of marriages, as final decisions depend on individuals and families. Our responsibility ends once verified introductions are made in good faith.

8. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Ajmer, Rajasthan only.
