Refund Policy — Neelima Matrimony

Neelima Matrimony operates with complete fairness, honesty, and transparency. We are a service-based platform focused on providing genuine matchmaking access and dedicated support. This Refund Policy defines the exact situations where a member may request a refund.

A. Full Refund Eligibility (Self-Serve Plans Only)

Members may be eligible for a full refund only if all the following conditions are fulfilled within the first 30 days of plan activation:

  • The member has uploaded at least three clear photographs.
  • The profile is verified with a valid government ID.
  • Profile completion score is 80% or higher.
  • The member has messaged at least 15 mutually matching profiles.
  • No replies have been received from any of the messaged profiles.
  • No contact numbers have been viewed or consumed.
  • Plan must be a Self-Serve Pack (Not valid for Assisted/Staff-Driven plans).

B. Standard Refund Eligibility (All Plans)

1. No Matching Profiles (Self-Serve Plans Only)

After verification and plan activation, if the member cannot view even one matching profile within their caste/community and reports this within 7 working days, a full refund may be provided.

C. Half Refund Eligibility

1. Self-Serve Plans

  • Profile completion is 80% or more.
  • The member remains active and follows platform rules.
  • No contact number has been viewed.
  • No suitable matches found based on education, occupation, or essential preferences.

Half refund is NOT applicable if:

  • The member was inactive.
  • Searches/messages were not done.
  • Refund requested after 30 days without activity.
  • Any contact number has been viewed.

2. Assisted / Staff-Driven Plans

  • If within the first 30 days, staff could not assign even one profile matching requirements.
  • No contacted profile responded positively.

Since these plans involve manual effort, half refunds apply only to unused service portions.

D. Cases Where Refunds Are Not Applicable

  • Member inactivity or irregular login.
  • No response to matches shared.
  • Personal preference changes after joining.
  • Marriage fixed outside the platform.
  • Any contact number viewed.
  • Misuse of services or inappropriate behaviour.
  • Requests after 30 days.
  • Assisted plan work already executed.
  • Profile completion guidelines not followed.
  • Any form of misrepresentation.

E. Refund Request Procedure

All refund requests must be submitted only via email:

Please include:

  • Full Name
  • Registered Mobile Number
  • Registered Email ID
  • Profile ID (if available)
  • Plan purchase date
  • Reason for refund request
  • Relevant screenshots/details

Requests through WhatsApp, calls, or social media are not considered valid.

F. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 working days.

G. Important Note

Neelima Matrimony is a service-based platform, not a result-based service. Match outcomes depend on individual compatibility and communication.

H. Final Provisions

  • We reserve the right to verify refund eligibility.
  • Requests may be approved or rejected based on policy rules.
  • Corrective action may be taken in cases of fraudulent behaviour.

This policy ensures fair usage and transparent service standards.
