Neelima Matrimony – Terms of Use / Service Agreement

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Neelima Matrimony, you:

• Accept this Agreement in full.
• Consent to our Privacy & Data Policy.
• Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, you must discontinue use of the Website immediately.

2. Nature of Service

Neelima Matrimony is a matchmaking facilitation platform. We:

• Introduce and recommend profiles that align with your stated preferences.
• Offer assisted services where authorized staff may communicate with prospective matches on your behalf.
• Operate honestly and sincerely, with the purpose of helping individuals choose a suitable life partner.

We do not guarantee marriage or any particular outcome. Decisions to proceed with communication, meeting, or marriage are entirely the responsibility of the members and their families.

3. Independence of the Platform

• Neelima Matrimony is not connected to any group, organization, community, society, third-party matrimony service, or institution.
• All members join us voluntarily, usually through our reputation, outreach, or advertisements.
• We currently operate exclusively through www.neelimamarriage.com.
• We do not run or manage any other website, app, or online platform at this time.
• Our official mobile application will be launched in the future, and will be announced only on our official website.

4. Eligibility

To register as a member:

• Females must be at least 18 years old.
• Males must be at least 21 years old.
• You must be legally competent to marry under the laws applicable to you in India.
• Profiles of divorcees, widows, widowers, and professionals are accepted with valid supporting documents.
• You must not be restricted by any court order, legal injunction, or family law from entering into matrimony.

Neelima Matrimony reserves the right to request age or identity proof at any time. Failure to provide required documents may lead to suspension of services.

5. Membership Responsibilities

By registering, you confirm that:

• All details submitted by you are true, accurate, and complete.
• You will not misrepresent, impersonate, or create duplicate profiles.
• You will maintain respectful, dignified, and lawful communication with all members.
• You will inform us when your marriage is fixed or completed, so your profile can be removed to avoid misuse.

If you create a profile on behalf of someone else (friend/child/sibling), you confirm that you have their full consent.

6. Account Security

• You are solely responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials.
• Any activity carried out through your account will be treated as your own.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

7. Assisted Services

In selected plans, authorized Relationship Managers may:

• Shortlist profiles matching your preferences.
• Communicate with prospects on your behalf (only where permitted).
• Assist you in understanding and refining your matches.

While we strive to be ethical and sincere, we do not guarantee availability of a certain number of matches. Assistance is based on the pool of active members at any given time.

8. Fees, Refunds & Business Continuity

• We initially offered services at a nominal contribution starting at ₹51, purely as a goodwill initiative.
• All fees once paid are non-refundable, except where legally required or where the company grants a refund at its sole discretion.
• In the unlikely event of business discontinuity, refunds may be issued proportionately for unused services as per company policy.

9. Termination of Membership

Neelima Matrimony may suspend or permanently deactivate your profile if:

• Any information provided by you is false, misleading, or unverifiable.
• You misuse or attempt to misuse the platform or its members.
• You engage in harassment, indecent communication, or unlawful behavior.
• You violate any terms of this Agreement.

Terminated accounts are not eligible for refunds. You may also request profile deletion at any time by contacting our support team.

10. Content & Privacy

• Any profile details submitted by you may be made visible to relevant members for matchmaking purposes.
• Certain sensitive data may be locked for privacy and viewed only by authorized staff or after your explicit consent.
• We process and store data responsibly and ethically.
• Members are advised to independently verify any information provided by others before taking decisions.

We do not sell or share your data with any third-party organizations.

11. Prohibited Activities

Users must NOT:

• Post obscene, offensive, or abusive content.
• Misrepresent identity, marital status, or professional details.
• Spam, scam, or solicit other members for commercial gain.
• Use the platform for dating, flirting, or any purpose other than lawful marriage alliances.
• Share personal contact information in publicly visible fields.
• Engage in harassment, threats, or unlawful behavior.

Violation may lead to legal action and permanent banning.

12. Limitation of Liability

Neelima Matrimony is not liable for:

• Any outcome of matrimonial discussions or negotiations.
• The conduct, statements, or behavior of any member.
• Financial loss, emotional loss, or disputes arising between members.
• Accuracy or completeness of information submitted by users.
• Any technical issues, slowdowns, interruptions, or data loss.

Our responsibility is limited to providing introductions and matchmaking assistance as per your selected plan.

13. Dispute Resolution

For any dispute arising out of use of our platform:

• The matter will be governed exclusively by the laws of India.
• Jurisdiction will rest solely with the Courts of Ajmer, Rajasthan.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Neelima Matrimony, its owners, staff, agents, and associates from any claims, losses, damages, or liabilities arising out of:

• Your use of the platform.
• Your violation of this Agreement.
• Your interactions with other members.
• Any fraudulent or illegal activity by you.

15. Child Safety Compliance

• No user under 18 (female) or 21 (male) is permitted.
• Any underage profile is immediately removed.
• We strictly prohibit any activity that exploits or endangers minors.
• We cooperate fully with legal authorities in case of violations.

16. Support & Communication

Our staff is always ready to assist you with:

• Profile updates.
• Contacting prospects (as per plan).
• Account issues.
• Safety or verification concerns.

17. Entire Agreement
